In my case, if I cant say no is bcos naturally i am a people's person, i care and love to do things genuinely if at that point of time i have the time....and if i dont i wud say i wud love to do it but am running out of time bcos i have an appointment etc...or a prior meeting set for the scheduled time...

you said exactly what I think Sara...Even if I do something wrong if no one is watching i feel very uncomfy...esp if its knowingly...bcos if i did something unknowingly its innocent....which may come across to someone else as knowingly...which is heart breaking for me..bcos only i know the intention...
